County seeks second federal grant for Stratton Capers waterline upgrades

Dorchester County is looking to build on last year’s success by applying for another $1 million Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to fund the second phase of waterline improvements in the Stratton Capers 2 Neighborhood.
