Cross nonprofit to host first Youth Cultural Arts Celebration on Feb. 8

A local nonprofit serving rural communities in upper Berkeley and surrounding counties will host its first Cross CommUNITY Youth Cultural Arts Celebration Sunday, Feb. 8, at Spiers Landing, offering families a free afternoon of cultural programming, performances and youth-focused activities.
