Development deal would send $2M to Horry County as part of 370-home subdivision near Conway

In exchange for a rezoning to construct 372 homes near the intersection of S.C. Highway 905 and Old Reaves Ferry Road, developers would spend $200,000 on traffic improvements and donate 1.2 acres for the expansion of a local fire station.
