Diver takes a dip in waters of Lockwood Drive during downtown floods brought by rain, king tide

As parts of the peninsula were submerged by a storm system that brought rain and coastal flooding on Oct. 10, diver Jessie Fisher Coleman made the most of things while waiting for the water to recede.
