ECCO celebrates ‘opening to new possibilities’

Residents, public elected officials and members of the Mount Pleasant business community gathered on June 23 to ring in the East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) facility’s 2,727 square-foot renovation that took more than a year to finish.
