Election commission executives charged

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that former State Election Commission Executive Director Howard Knapp and former Deputy Director Paige Salonich have been charged with alleged crimes related to their conduct at the agency.
