FAA head says the agency is not the roadblock to Boeing’s Max 7, 10 certification

WASHINGTON/SEATTLE — The head of the Federal Aviation Administration said last week that the agency is not the roadblock to Boeing Co. winning certification of two new variants of its 737 Max aircraft.
