Firefighters spray foam onto thetanker that over turned on the exit ramp from I-26 to Ashley-Phosphate rd. The accident alarmed officials enough to close part of Ashley-Phosphate rd and evacuate people from areas nearby. Fortner photo. 8-29-98.
