FOTAS: Why the Aiken County Animal Shelter needs medical fosters

In November, the Aiken County Animal Shelter received a 5-month-old puppy with a fractured leg. We named him Remi. He was gentle, quiet and incredibly sweet — the kind of puppy who doesn’t make a fuss.
