Friends of Hopelands & Rye Patch install new president

Friends of Hopelands & Rye Patch, which collaborates with the City of Aiken to enhance the garden and historic home that are a defining feature of Aiken’s unique ambiance, held its annual meeting March 16 and welcomed a new president.
