Green acres: SC Surf prez.celebrates new county park space

With Charleston’s recent population surge, particularly in Mount Pleasant, the Charleston County Parks and Recreation Commission has at times struggled to keep pace with growing demand for green space, sports facilities and public parks in increasingly dense areas.
