Greer taco spot closes to make way for a new Italian restaurant from a well-known Upstate brand

Tipsy Taco, a regional chain of Mexican restaurants founded in Greenville, closed its Greer location on Dec. 31. An Italian restaurant is planned to open in the same spot later this year.
