Jingle bells and ‘Boots’: Wagener welcomes hundreds for annual Christmas parade

Wagener’s Christmas parade had a celebrity guest: Doug Furtick — better known to millions as 803Fresh, of “Boots on the Ground” fame. The singer appeared near the start of the Dec. 13 procession.
