Judge dismisses lawsuit against Charleston restaurants that alleged shrimp was falsely advertised

U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel tossed the South Carolina Shrimpers Association’s lawsuit against 40 Charleston-area restaurants for a lack of standing on Oct. 30.
