Kickoff window settled for Gamecocks-Oklahoma game with State Fair backdrop

South Carolina knows its next kickoff time. The Oct. 18 game hosting No. 6 Oklahoma will be played on the next-to-last day of the South Carolina State Fair at either noon or 12:45 p.m.
