Lee Correctional contraband officer charged in smuggling, bribery scheme that netted her $550k

A former correctional officer once responsible for keeping contraband out of Lee Correctional Institution has been charged alongside six others in a long-running smuggling operation. The five-year scheme netted the officer more than half a million dollars.
