Lexington opened its Icehouse Amphitheater to bring crowds downtown. Has it worked?

It’s been a decade sine Lexington broke ground on the Icehouse Amphitheater with the goal of brining foot traffic downtown. It’s helped spur the development of the town’s Main Street.
