Man led North Charleston officers on hour-long, 3 mph police chase in construction machine

Johnny Kaneshi Mesa Jr., 53, was arrested after allegedly damaging a Mexican supermarket with a Komatsu track hoe excavator and leading North Charleston police on an hour, 12-minute police chase down U.S. Highway 78.
