Man tied to North Charleston drive-by shooting that killed 15-year-old in 2022 pleads guilty

Deandre Brown, 24, pleaded guilty to assault and battery of high and aggravated nature on Feb. 14 as part of a deal with prosecutors to drop attempted murder charge. He received a six-year sentence with 945 days of time-served credit.
