Midlands Sales of the Year: $9.25M Lake Murray closing set new price record for the region

In terms of real estate, 2025 was a big year for Lake Murray. The reservoir outside Columbia saw more home sales of $2 million and above than ever before, including the biggest single residential sale in all of the Midlands.
