“Monuments” installation outside the Gaillard Center honors 3 Charleston-area leaders

“Monuments,” an installation by internationally acclaimed artist Craig Walsh, is now on display outside the Charleston Gaillard Center. Rather than constructing permanent statues, Walsh is projecting video portraits of three influential community leaders onto trees.
