Mount Pleasant police looking for missing man who reportedly has Alzheimer’s disease

According to Mount Pleasant police, James Parker was reported missing after last being seen jogging around 7 p.m. on Jan. 30. Parker, who police said is in his mid-60s, has Alzheimer’s.
