North Augusta could see a build-to-suit ‘flex space’ commercial investment off Jefferson Davis

Some 17 acres on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta are being considered for “flex space” development, essentially a build-to-suit venture. The parking situation has to be fixed first, BZA says.
