North Charleston ‘homemade daycare’ caught fire, leaving infants and toddlers stranded, officials say

On the afternoon of March 12, firefighters and police responded to a fire at a North Charleston apartment unit. Several infants and toddlers were alone inside. Their nanny was granted bond a day later.
