North Charleston man confessed to driving drunk with kids in truck bed after hit-and-run

A 27-year-old man was arrested after telling a police officer that he was driving drunk with multiple juveniles in the cab and bed of his truck, which was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run of another vehicle.
