North Charleston nonprofit sends volunteers to Jamaica ahead of Hurricane Melissa landfall

As Hurricane Melissa heads toward Jamaica, North Charleston-based nonprofit Water Mission sent a team of four to the island on Sunday to help provide clean water immediately after the storm hits.
