Nvidia and other tech stocks win back some of Monday’s sharp losses

NEW YORK — Rebounding tech stocks drove U.S. indexes higher Jan. 28, a day after they tumbled on doubts about whether the artificial-intelligence frenzy really needs all the money being poured into it.
