NWS issues flash flood warning as thunderstorms quickly dump inches of rain on Charleston County

Charleston is under a flash flood warning until 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 7. The National Weather Service said thunderstorms will quickly drop 2 inches of rain on the peninsula, flooding roads.
