Parking lots along Charleston’s Lowcountry Lowline approved before trail work begins

Parking lots along the future Lowcountry Lowline are expected to generate $1 million annually, which will cover upkeep of the 1.7-mile pedestrian and bike path planned along the Charleston peninsula’s spine.
