Peper column: North Charleston Arts Fest provides us with a lot to chew on

Entertaining our out-of-town guests proved easy with the happenings at the North Charleston Arts Fest. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised and grappled with this year’s African American Fiber Art Exhibition.
