Police: Grandmother arrested for having 12-year-old swim to shore in Goose Creek jet ski incident

Deputies arrested a 53-year-old grandmother July 1 after the woman reportedly sent her young granddaughter swimming to shore under dangerous conditions to seek help for their disabled jet skis.
