Pritchard House

The original home at at 131 Pritchard Street was built by Oakland Plantation owner Dr. Paul Fitzsimmons Pritchard and destroyed in the Burning of Bluffton on June 4, 1863. By 1890, Pritchard’s son, Charles Pritchard, had rebuilt the house.
