Rezone and consolidate: Georgia Avenue duplex would be new infill development for North Augusta

A North Augusta property owner, together with a local homebuilder, is pursuing a duplex project for north Georgia Avenue that would make use of a “hodge-podge” of small lots not good for much of anything in their current state.
