Richardson has first promotion ceremony; recognizes dedication of deputies

In one of his first official acts since being sworn in as Dorchester County Sheriff earlier this month, Sam Richardson had a promotion ceremony Monday, Jan. 13, in the county council chambers at 500 N. Main St.
