Robert E. Lee Confederate memorial in Marion Square outside of Charleston commission’s purview

A member of Charleston’s History Commission proposed a resolution to remove the Robert E. Lee highway marker in Marion Square. But the city doesn’t own park, leaving the commission without recourse.
