‘Sad day’ for residents: Council denies motion to revoke Hwy. 41 expansion consent

A push by four Mount Pleasant members of council to repeal municipal consent of Charleston County’s recommended SC Highway 41 4-3-4 design plan was unsuccessful as a result of a 5 to 4 vote against a revocation.
