SC measles outbreak explodes with 27 new infections, more than 250 in quarantine

A whopping 27 new South Carolina measles infections were reported Dec. 9, pushing the outbreak to 111 cases in the Spartanburg area. More than 250, mostly unvaccinated students, are in quarantine.
