SC native Darius Rucker forms new band with REM, Black Crowes musicians, plans album and fall tour

Darius Rucker is teaming up with a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and a famous drummer and media personality to create Howl Owl Howl, a new band with “an old school rock & roll soul.”
