SCDOT pitches the second segment of Interstate 95 expansion in the Lowcountry

SCDOT was in Hardeeville to pitch the second phase of the expansion of I-95, which will include a 13-mile stretch of highway between Exit 8 and Exit 22 in Jasper County.
