Sen. Mark Kelly and Gabby Giffords to travel to Charleston, call for stronger gun background checks

US Sen. Mark Kelly and former Democratic congresswoman Gabby Giffords will visit Charleston on the 10th anniversary of the Emanuel AME shooting to push for closing the “Charleston loophole.”
