Shadowmoss Flooding (Copy)

The Shadowmoss neighborhood in West Ashely had several major floods between 2015 and 2017. The flooding issues across Charleston during that time inspired a rewrite of the city’s stormwater manual, which requires new developments to benefit drainage in the area.
