Sheriff’s office seeks public’s help in vehicle break-in investigation

The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a series of vehicle break-ins in the Windsor Hill area, located off Ashley Phosphate Road.
