Taco Boy dismissed from Folly Beach bride’s 2023 wrongful death lawsuit following driver’s testimony

Taco Boy will not be held liable for contributing to bride Samantha Miller’s April 28, 2023, death on her wedding night. She was killed when then-employee Jamie Komoroski crashed into the newlyweds.
