The transformation of Conway’s Coastal Centre Mall has officially begun. Here’s what to know.

Following Conway’s “sledgehammer celebration” event on July 14, construction is officially underway at the mostly-empty Coastal Center mall. The project with Rise Partners will bring new retail, dining and services to Horry County in summer 2026.
