TTW Empowerment Network donates to YWCA Upper Lowlands

Joan D. Hampton, founder and CEO of the Total Woman Empowerment Network, presented a $500 donation to the YWCA Upper Lowlands in support of its women’s shelter and services for survivors of domestic violence.
