VC Summer nuclear plant shuts down for ‘unscheduled’ maintenance, Dominion says

South Carolina’s VC Summer Nuclear Plant has not been producing power since a Jan. 30 snow storm hit the state and a steam line leaked. It is unclear when service will resume.
