Victim identified, suspects charged in fatal shooting at Columbia apartment complex

On Aug. 24, the county coroner identified the victim as 19-year-old Columbia resident, a day after the sheriff’s office announced the arrests of Tyron Shelley, 19, and Ta’John Goodwin, 20.
