Wagener girl, 10, dies after being struck by vehicle while crossing the road

Tara Gram, 10, from Wagener, died Sept. 26 after being struck by a Ford Expedition as she was trying to cross New Holland Road around 4:20 p.m., according to an Aiken County Coroner’s Office report.
