Wave of the future: Belle Hall kids honored for exceptional citizenry

The East Cooper-Mount Pleasant Kiwanis Club’s credo of encouraging acts of superb citizenry among local youth was the theme of their May 16 Terrific Kids ceremony at Belle Hall Elementary School.
