Weldon Boyd’s attorney asks judge to recuse himself from Spivey wrongful death case

North Myrtle Beach businessman Weldon Boyd’s attorney has accused a circuit court judge of showing bias in his handling of the wrongful death lawsuit brought by Scott Spivey’s family, and he’s asking the judge to recuse himself from the case.
